My precious Church I am calling you to a depth of intimacy that you have not known before. I am calling you to come to Me and truly shake off all things that hinder you from greater intimacy with Me.

Many of you are singing songs of praise and are walking in a greater depth of worship than you have ever known before. Many of you are hearing the heartbeat of My heart, hearing the song that I am releasing and are answering the call of deeper intimacy with Me, and I am well pleased.

Many of you are also singing songs of ministry and singing songs of future events, and I speak to you today My Church, take your focus off of these things and place them on Me, for when your eyes are on things other than Me, it is then that you can miss what I am trying to speak unto you.

I have released a fire upon My Church, a fire of desperate hunger to draw you My Church closer to Me, but many of you are allowing the fire to go out. Many of you are allowing the fire to go out through distraction, through busyness and through anxiety and worry. Do not let the fire go out, press into Me, seek Me like you have never sought Me before and I will answer you.

No one is going to stop My Church from moving forward. No one can stop My Church from being transformed into all I am calling her to be. For it is by My Spirit that I mould and shape the Bride to be perfect, pure and spotless.

It is not by the power of man, for what is his power, compared to the power of the Almighty? I, the Lord thy God, am calling for My Church to stand tall and to allow the explosions that are beginning to manifest. I am now releasing many explosions upon My Churches. It is happening within individual hearts, within congregations and in relationships, and it is defying the bounds of what ‘man’ has called Church and what ‘man’ has called My Bride.

Child of Mine, I am drawing you in closer to Myself. I have been issuing invitation after invitation to you to press in. Draw close to Me. This is a time and a season where great supernatural forces at work in the lives of every believer. I am actively at work to draw you closer, but the enemy is also actively at work to push you away. Which one are you going to cooperate with?

I have ordained that this is a season of increased intimacy, where My own draw closer to Me. I want to breathe My life into you, I want to strengthen you and make you unshakable. I choose to do this from the place of intimacy, where My own come before Me, receive My love, wait on Me and worship Me. The more time you spend with Me, the more you will become like Me, the more you will be able to see what I am doing and do it with Me.

When I am still or silent, that is when I want your attention. I don’t yell or wave My arms around. I simply become quiet and wait for you to notice and to look to Me. If you will quiet your heart and listen, I will speak and I will tell you all that you need to know, all that you need to prepare you for the next step.

Can you hear the silence? Don’t go into fear, don’t go into insecurity, and don’t go into panic mode. Quiet down, turn to Me, and I will speak.

I will move, and I will prepare you for the door I am about to open. It lies here before you ready. But you must quiet your heart and your mind and turn to Me.

This is your day and this is your hour. You have not misunderstood the constant calling and beckoning that My Spirit has been laboring for, in your heart. Your resistance has caused you much mental anguish and confusion, as well as true heartache and sorrow. You desire the things of the Spirit, yet refuse to bring your flesh under submission. When, oh man, will you learn the ways of the Sovereign One, the ways into the realm of the Eternal Flame.

You have desired Me above all else. I do see this in your heart. But your immaturity has caused you to be slack in the self discipline and self denial that opens the doorway to the heavenly atmosphere that forever beckons you. You hear two different versions of how to receive of Me, and this has caused you much concern and confusion. One way says, only believe ... only receive. The other way says, deny yourself and you shall have the desires of your heart. Which of these ways is the true way into the riches of your full inheritance? The answer is both. Let me explain it to you, My beloved. There is no great unfathomable feat that you must do to experience Me in the ways that you so desire. However, you must do what My word says. You must crucify your flesh and My Spirit must have dominion in your life. You must live by Romans 8. This scripture is the key that unlocks the supernatural realm in your life. Always remember that, My dear ones. You have the key, now use it. I am not asking for some great exploit from you. I am not requiring that you do something that is beyond your capabilities. Besides, apart from Me, you can do nothing. I am asking that you walk with Me on a day to day basis and that you bring yourself under submission to the Spirit of the Living God.

An exhortation from the heart of Jesus to yours: A Day of New Beginnings

It is a day indeed of new beginnings. The promises of restoration will be seen in every aspect of your life as you submit yourself to Me.

Remember, I reach into the depths of your woundedness and work My way out. Your idea of restoration is for Me to start from the outside and work My way in.

This is not the way I work, Beloved. If I gave you everything you want or think you need on the outside, then you would forsake Me and never be healed on the inside. I Am much more concerned about developing your character by helping you go through the difficult storms of life, than to deliver you out of them.

I am the God of restoration. My desire is to restore what the enemy has stolen, as well as anything you have given away.

In order to receive, all you need to do is come to Me. Sit at My feet and listen, with your heart open to hear My heart. At times, I will show you an area of repentance, or a place where new direction is needed. At other times I will simply come and pour into you that which you need at that time — for that time.

Each time, there is restoration. There will also be a new level of intimacy with Me.

If those in “leadership” in the church do not themselves abide in the “Spirit of the Cross” then their actions and the words that they speak shall surely be devoid of the “spirit of consecration” and, thus, those in the congregation they minister to whose hearts are not yet “wholly given” shall become an “easy prey” for the “spirits” of idolatry [spiritual adultery — James 4:4]. The first manifestation of this “evil spirit” is found in a “definite conformity” to the world and its ways, and also an inherent “stubbornness” in one which manifests itself in one holding to an element of self-desire. Unless these ones who have been subjected to the ministering of My Word — devoid of the power of the Cross draw near to Me in the “inner chamber” in perfect fellowship, they shall surely come into the place wherein they willingly accept words and actions that are contrary to the Spirit of Love and, thus, they place themselves in the “precarious” position of “spiritual adultery” — a position which if not repented of shall lead to all manner of sin in their relationships, and in their ministry!

Revelation 3:19-20

¹⁹Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest, and repent. ²⁰Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.

The word I have for the church came to me in an unconventional way, so I’ll make it plain by simply saying, I feel the Lord sees that His church has too little compassion, a term that in biblical languages refers to “a gut-level compulsion to help those in need.” It refers to being moved in the bowels, and so He is saying that His Church has blocked up bowels, constipation in a way, and so it needs its bowels to be loosed. And I do not know what the Lord will do to ‘loose our bowels of compassion,’ only that it is a message He is fairly serious about. We are supposed to be people who CHOOSE to forgive, help those in need, and even love our enemies. If we do not choose to do these things, that is, if we do not choose to walk in the spirit, while He may provide us with some incentives to obey, He will certainly NOT FORCE US TO.

Let not the heart within you be dismayed, though the darkness closes in and your soul thirsts for Me as in a parched land. I know your deeds, your love and faith, your service and perseverance and that now you are doing more than you did at first.

Therefore let your hands be strong as you spread them out towards Me, for there is the sound of heavy rain in the air as I am about to answer you quickly. Though the enemy pursues you and you feel burdened by the crushing weight of his lies and the cares of life. Do not allow your spirit to grow faint, but consider all the works My hands have done, as you remember the days of long ago.

Take care to walk in My footprints. I have given you the directions and the pace, but you must daily seek My face. Do not take for granted the day that unfolds ahead of you, but know that step by step, I will guide you. You must continually set your face to follow Me and to seek Me for each thing that comes. There are many diversions and distractions that are set up by the enemy to lure you into works and to pressure you to act ahead of My will and council. Take heed to check with Me before you proceed and act.

This is not a time to step out ahead of Me, as many are doing in this hour. You must remain with me, no matter how great the pressure, no matter how dire the situation, no matter the person or people involved. I am your continual wisdom and your strength. If you choose to go out ahead of Me, you will no longer have My Grace, My Wisdom, nor My Anointing. Put no one or nothing ahead of Me, or you will drift away and be in the snare of the enemy. Then it will be the wiles of the enemy that will surely defeat you and overwhelm you.

On January 24, 2008, while we were praying during the three-hour prayer watch at the church, I felt led to pray for the Middle East area. I laid hands on the map and was praying. I then had the following vision from the Lord.

I saw a scene of a very large meeting room. In the room were a series of long semicircle tables which people were sitting at. The head table was smaller. Then each consecutive table was longer and each was in a semicircle format. I can’t draw the semicircle format, but I can show you the rows by the below texts ... just picture it in a semicircle instead...

How can any one of My children hold to the “thought” that I am “unapproachable” when they have yet to make a steadfast and diligent effort to enter into perfect [intimate] fellowship with Me on a daily basis? If one does not take the “necessary” steps to draw near to Me then they shall “allow” Satan to deceive them into thinking that I am “unapproachable” and “uninterested” in the so-called “minor” details or aspects of their life. But truly I say to you, this is just a convenient excuse for one to lean upon their “own” understanding and “maintain” control in their own lives [and, thus, over the lives of others] — having “allowed” themselves to be deceived by the Evil One! Everything in this last hour hinges on the “position” of My children! Will they be seated at My right hand in the heavenly places with [in] Christ [Ephesians 1:17-23]? Or will they “fellowship” with the world, and “allow” themselves to be controlled by the spirit of darkness that enshrouds it [Isaiah 60:2]?

My child, I have not left you. Be assured of My faithfulness. I am doing a new thing, do you not perceive it? I am lifting you up, as you have lifted Me up.

I shall be exalted, as I have said, for this is the day I shall prove Myself unto you, as you have cried out for these many years. I have many things for you to do and accomplish through Me, that I may make Myself known unto those who do not yet know Me.
