In the midst of worship in the secret place I suddenly heard the musical chiming of symphonic proclamation. Then I heard the unmistakable voice God asking me this question: “What time is it in heaven?”

His voice shook me to the very core of my being. Again and again He asked me this question. “What time is it in heaven?”

“Oh, my Lord,” I responded, “Why do you ask me this? How should I, how can I know? You are God. You alone know.”

I felt like Job when he was humbled by the sovereignty of the Almighty. Yet He persisted: “What time is it in heaven?”

“Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”

What time IS it in heaven? As I pondered this I asked myself these questions. How can we be effective priests, effective intercessors, effective watchmen if we can’t discern the times and seasons in heaven? How can we call them forth from heaven onto earth?

Then, I heard a loud ‘click,’ like when a clock suddenly shifts into the next hour. I saw clearly ... 11:00 pm! Then He began to speak.

“This is an hour of great shifting. This is an hour of great acceleration. This is an hour of great shaking, both in the natural and in the spiritual. Have I not said, my glory shall cover ALL the earth as the waters cover the seas?

“This shaking, this great shifting will be both terrifying and glorious at the same time. Some of my prophets are ‘seeing’ the terrifying, and some are ‘seeing’ the glorious. Do not judge one another, do not criticize saying ‘surely you are seeing wrong!’ For, Indeed, BOTH will happen at happen at the SAME time, for is not my glory both terrifying and beautiful at the SAME time?

“For I am bringing forth, out of the deep valleys and crevices created by this great shaking, the ‘hidden’ ones. These are the ones who have been singing and crying out to me in the cleft of the rock. For I have heard their voice, and it is lovely to me even if man has NOT heard them. For they shall be the very ones who shall lead My army in this last hour. For My hand is upon them, My song is in their mouths, and My joy burns in their heart. Those who have been ‘quiet’ shall not be quiet any longer. Those who have been ‘silenced’ will not be silent any longer. For MY zeal and joy will consume their entire being, and they will not be able to contain My glory that burns inside of them! They will come forth from every nation, every city, every village on earth! And indeed, from even the most hidden places on earth shall be the place where my glory will burn the brightest!

“And the children … even the ‘babes’... indeed they truly know the ‘time.’ For they will refuse to allow the rocks to raise their voices above theirs, for I shall set even these little ones at the front of My army, as Jehosaphat set the singers and worshippers at the front the army.

“So I ask you again My child:

‘What time is it in heaven?’”
