Grace, wisdom and understanding to you this day!

I had gone into the Spirit in prayer seeking the answer to a problem that friends of mine were facing. Quite unexpectedly, I received a lengthy word from God for the body of Christ in the United States. The word began with a clear vision of an army tank traveling across the land, and as I inquired what this vision meant, I received this word:

“The people of God are viewing their problems from the standpoint of emotions and morals rather than as a battleground where military strategy is executed.

“This refusal to mature in perspective is a form of self-indulgence which is reinforced by the enemy, who seeks to confuse and deceive My people about the mindset that they as “Christians” should have.

“The day of unarmed Christians fighting gladiators in the arena are over. I have given My people [in the United States] resources, opportunities, access to the political system, strategic direction, leadership, and leadership-influencing positions. Yet they walk around naked and unarmed, crying out for Me to do what I have planned that they should do.

“My Mercy is tempered with Justice and responsibility rests upon each one to take up the equipment and arms I have provided. This includes learning to come before Me and ascending into the realms of the Spirit. It includes being able to freely converse with Me in a two-way dialogue and learning to hear Me as clearly as I hear you. It includes coming to an understanding that this is the end-time war and that the future has changed dramatically from what you expected it would be.

“It includes making provision for others as well as yourselves, of discerning the difference between good and evil and living it at every level, of calculating the cost in terms of eternity rather than present-day gratification of the emotions and wants of the soul.

“So I say to My people, Rejoice! Rejoice! Rejoice that you have a God who speaks to you. Rejoice that you can be assured of victory in every circumstance if you but come before Me in the Spirit, seeking and being willing to receive the help I can give you. And after your time of rejoicing, do what it takes to diligently seek My face.”
