“And each went straight forward; wherever the spirit was about to go, they would go, without turning as they went” – Ezekiel 1:12

This verse has really been highlighted to me lately, and the more I pondered this verse, the more I felt the Lord bring forth a challenge to His Church.

This verse in context was part of the vision God gave Ezekiel, but the very image portrayed in the verse above, I believe, is the Lord’s heart for His Bride today. Below is the word I felt came from the heart of God.

My beautiful Bride, I am calling you to keep your eyes firmly focused on me. Many of you are being distracted by what is happening in the world, in the economy, in the government, situations and circumstances in your own lives, pain you’re facing or turmoil of the heart.

I speak to you, My Bride, that I am calling you to stand with your faces straight forward, firm as a flint towards Me. Do not turn to the left or to the right but stand up strong with your eyes fixed on Me, seeking to know My heart more, to be deeper in relationship with Me, and do not sway.

Seek to continue to listen to My heart and know Me more and flow with My Spirit. Many of you are struggling against the flow of My Spirit trying to move to the left and to the right and your peace is being robbed because of it. Flow with me, and always be ready to move forward where I am going.

For I am not searching the earth for those who will have big ministries for Me, and making a name for themselves, but I am searching the earth for those who will seek My heart and be pliable to move in the direction I am leading them despite what their natural minds think.

I am moving in many ways in many of your lives that is defying logic, but do not be tripped up by logic, continue to stand firm in Me and know that I am the Lord your God, that I love you with an everlasting love and seek never to harm you but to bring about what is best for you. Pay no attention to logic, but pay much attention to My Spirit and know that even though I am asking you to step out of the box and defy your logical thought processes, My thoughts and ways are not your ways and I am bringing each of you to places of deep and true joy, that is not simply an emotion but a strength in knowing Me so intimately.

For the days ahead are not bright; the days ahead in this world are dark and will get darker, but My Kingdom does not get darker, My Kingdom will shine all the brighter, and in order for My Bride to stand in the time of darkness, she must be prepared and ready to always flow with My Spirit no matter where it leads.

I am searching the earth and My Bride for those who are willing to go where I go. To say yes, despite the consequences and sacrifice all simply to know Me and worship Me before anything else. Yes, My Bride, ministry is important for it is the outworking of My Kingdom in this world, but, My Bride, always put time with Me first. Not as a religious action, but as a love relationship.

Come into the secret place, into the throne room, let My presence envelop you and worship Me. Delight in Me, Church, delight in Me. Delight in Me above your ministries and above life, delight in Me, for I am your great delight.

Always be ready before My Spirit shows you where to go, My Bride, to go there. Always be ready in your intimate relationship with Me, to move forward before I show you where I am going.

Many of you have walked a dark time, but this season for many of you is serving its purpose to prepare you for where I am going to take you, to prepare you to stand, and place within the core of each of you the deepest revelation of all, that it is all about Me and relationship with Me, and all else flows from this deep intimacy with Me.

Be ready, My Church, be ready! Deeper daily intimacy with Me is how you will always be ready! Knowing My love and delighting in My love and seeking only to truly worship Me, this is how you will be ready!

Do not sway anymore; do not look to the left or to the right and resist the flow and unction of My Spirit, My Bride. Lay down everything, all the works, all the striving and all the distraction and come to the quiet place, rest your soul and let Me show you what is to come, show you My love in a greater way, and  show you My heart.

I am looking for those who will be ready before My Spirit reveals what is next! Will you be ready and willing, My Bride? It requires radical trust and obedience! Do you know My heart well enough to leave all for Me, forsake all, to go where I want you to go? To move forward even when the next step is not seen? Radical intimacy will take you there! Come, My Church, come in repentance and let Me love on you!
