I am preserving a people, who have been sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise. They are authentic and genuine, true to character and walking in My Spirit. They are discerning the times.

This people know what it is to suffer. They know what it is to feel the blows of persecution and anguish. But through the storms they have held tight to the anchor of their souls. They have trusted Me and leaned not to their own understanding. My people are peculiar in the eyes of the world: They have been outcasts and misunderstood. But I say unto you this day, that the wind of My Spirit is blowing and those who have weathered the storms will be a lifeline to those who are tossed and tormented, struggling to survive in the world’s systems and in the chaos of troubles here and yet to come. I have a people who are ready, who are sealed and who will speak out and testify of hope and change through a living God — a God not made of stone, wood, hay or stubble-but a living God Who is making a way for His people.

The wind of My Spirit is blowing throughout the land right now. I will be exalted! I will be exalted and lifted high. Look out, look out, here comes My Spirit. Yield to Me and I will use you in these days. I will overtake your meetings, I will overtake the hospitals, I will overtake a people and they will move out with boldness and with wit. They will be heard and will be called “Ministers of Fire,” giving out, healing, raising the dead, casting out demons and speaking life. I have established strength and power through My Spirit in a yielding people. Oh, you are marked! Your destiny is sealed unto the day of redemption.

No government, no leader, no law will be able to stop this mighty outpouring of My Spirit. Are you ready? Nothing will hold back the “Breath of My Spirit.” Kings and presidents will bow their knees. Government officials have all begun to feel My tugs. Many are hooked and are being pulled in; I have placed a ring in their nose and they are being gently pulled into the ring of My counsel. I have placed many of My people throughout the world as counselors and seers. They are ready.

I will soon return to gather from the North, South, West and East, a people who are completely surrendered unto Me, a people who are familiar with Me, a people who are anchored in Me and trusting in Me, a people who are alert and ready, a people who are sealed unto the day of redemption, a people who have known Me as Savior and Lord.
