You have gone through the crucible of fire, and in the midst of it you fought Me at every turn. You cried out to Me in the midst of your pain, and you thought that I did not hear, but I want you to know that I heard your every cry, and I saw your every tear. My heart was full of compassion and tenderness for you, though you did not trust Me, and you felt that I did not love you. But I love you with an everlasting love—a love that goes deeper than you could ever know—a love that knows no end. Stop fighting Me, and surrender, surrender to My plan. I have a perfect plan for you—a plan that you will like. I know the beginning from the end, and I know every curve in the road, and every bump. If you seek Me you will find Me, and you will know Me, and I can lead you through the curves and around the bumps. Without Me to guide you, you will fall into every pothole and trap that the enemy has set for you. For you see, there are many—they are all around you—just as hidden land mines, but with My leading and guiding, you will make it safely through. Though the storms have raged all around you, they have not overtaken you, and they will not. If you walk hand in hand with Me, you will rise above the storms and they will only serve to lift you higher and higher, and propel you closer to your destiny. Don’t look back to easier times—don’t look back to less stressful times, but instead keep your eyes on Me. I have a purpose for everything I do—never forget that. You have cried out to Me for healing in your life for many years now, and I am doing just that. I am “disrobing” you—I am taking away all of your safety mechanisms—the things you cling to for safety and security (the ways you have always done it that have been comfortable for you, for they have been all you have ever known). I am doing a new thing—can you not perceive it? New life will spring forth in the barren wastelands of your life. Step out of the boat, and step out of old methods, ways, and means, and step into new life. The old represents drought and death, the new represents fullness, fertility, richness, and life. I have some very rich and fulfilling friendships for you, and they will be found where you least expect them—they will find you—you will not have to look for them—you will stumble upon them, and they will be mutually fulfilling relationships, both with give and take—very balanced and very healthy. Many rewards await you, My precious one—MANY rewards. Just as with Esther and the king—she grew up living a life of meagerness, but one day she found herself in the king’s palace and in the king’s private chambers, and she found herself in the favor of her king. As it was with Esther, so it is with you—you have found favor in My sight; you have found favor! You always think you have to perform for Me, “just right” before I accept you and/or before I bless and promote you, but that is just not the case. I love you just the way you are, and I accept you just the way you are—you do not have to earn My love—just be you—just be who I created you to be. Talk to Me as your best friend—share all that is on your heart, and I will listen, and I will comfort you and soothe you, heal you, teach you, train you, and raise you up higher in Me. You see, I have a destiny for you to fulfill—a plan I began before the very foundations of the earth. I saw you before you were in your mother’s womb—I planned you and I formed you—I designed you—I know everything about you—I know when you sit or stand, I know when you feel comfortable and safe, and I know when you feel like a scared puppy who feels it has no home. I want to get you to the place where you trust Me as no other, and you trust Me, no matter what you see, feel and hear all around you. We have that kind of relationship, don’t you know? You can trust Me, no matter what. I will never leave you, nor forsake you, and I will never let you down—I will never abandon you or turn My back on you. Others have done so, but I never will. Forget the former things, for they are a thing of the past, and have only served to help you become the wise child of God that you are today. They have helped to mold you and shape you, and they have made you MUCH wiser, but they have definitely NOT destroyed you—in fact, they have made you grow richer and sweeter in Me. Many will see Me and know Me because of what you have suffered at the hands of others, for those things have given you a testimony, and they have given you a voice, and a right to speak into the lives of others. Know that I will use every single that you have gone through, to help the hurting and the wounded—those who have been cut and scarred deeply. I will give them into your hands to mold and shape as vessels of very valuable and precious clay—My clay that I have created and fashioned. Their vessels are marred and scarred, but under your tender, loving care they will flourish and blossom, and you will see them transform before your very eyes! The time is quickly coming when you will no longer cry out for freedom, for you will already be free, and instead, you will be crying out for the freedom of others that are in your care! Your healing is coming, in fact, your healing is already here—embrace it—reach out for it and receive it, for I freely give it to you—it is rightfully yours—it belongs to you. Take the comfort which you have freely received, and comfort others with the very comfort that you, yourself have received.”
Isaiah 43:19 (NIV) See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland. Psalm 139:1-3 (NIV) O LORD, you have searched me and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (NAS) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
